Yes it does pay a dividend I grant that, keep in mind though dividends are only paid whilst they are paid. PRN use to pay a dividend and stopped for a few years but started again this year. A stock known as Collection House use to pay a massive dividend until they didnt and then ran into all sorts of trouble and this kinda happened overnight, they went bust and then got taken over I think from memory.
What I am saying here is dont fall totally for the dividend story, as its not necessarily a reflection of the future, however I do hope you do better here. I get it its crap when things do not play out as one hopes.
