yes… I had an urge this am to slightly reduce REITs because l was fairly sure we would overshoot… l resisted the urge.
sure enough the rate was .2 higher than forecast. Again l thought about reducing some of CQR (l still am showing profit on this) but l didn’t act.
PCI (similar to KKC) is very green (with rates?) while overall l am still near .2% higher than index today… dunno.
at the end of the day matching index is what matters? Still it maybe a different story tomorrow after shares go Ex..
sure enough they will lift rates the bananas talking about cuts this year (always looked like rubbish).
