I don't see debt is big issue based on past documents but this might have been changed now as they recently did transaction to purchase hotel property shares so we need to review this again in August report
It is highly unlikely that interest rates will go down this year, but if it does before 2026 when some of the debt matures then there is plenty of time to roll over to new arrangements.
