yes but l am at that stage of life when l am just aiming for index returns; l cannot predict or time the market. The market holds near 10% in REITs (abet most is Goodman - l hold BKW) my exposure is ~5 to 6%.
I also hold BHP CBA CSL not because l think they will outperform but because they are the AU market.
i cannot predict interest rates, personally l don’t think they will drop.
its ok most fundies cannot get market returns either. I am doing ok.
