I get a sense that the last thing CRL wants is to be a listed company. Compliance with listing requirements is reluctant - the minimum necessary to avoid watchdog scrutiny. A half-hearted existence. That attitude must start from the top.
I wouldn't be surprised if our Board is expecting a takeover. A takeover would end pesky shareholder queries and public reporting.
