I'm sure you're not alone here. I can't for the love of life understand why Coronado is the underdog. I mean they have coking coal, great assets, good FCF, great dividends - well, I guess the market's loss is my gain?
As long as I'm getting a great yield, which currently is around 9% (unfranked) per quarter (~28% fully franked at 21% tax rate, per annum), I'm ecstatic.
To be frank, my buy-in price is around $1.20 per share, which makes the yield around 26% per annum, fully franked at 21% tax, assuming an average of 10 cents dividends per quarter and not 20 cents which is the exception rather than the norm. The norm is around 10 cents per quarter unfranked.
