Corps act - look at Chapter 6 of corporations acy - key point is Australian incorporated companies.:
Chapter 6 of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) deals with takeovers. It applies to Australian-incorporated listed companies, unlisted Australian-incorporated companies with more than 50 members and Australian-registered listed managed investment schemes (these are typically unit trusts).
