Just a hypothetical from someone who is invested but not super educated on the coal scene. Could u sell ya coal for $100 a ton to a NSW company who then on-sell, pay NSW tax rates and return special royalty back to Coranado Global. Like a really big royalty as a dodge. I’m really surprised at the lack of genuine opposition to the new tax. I wonder if the big coal producers have something in place to negate the impact of the new mega fees.
