Coronado should sell the Curragh Mine to a foreign steel company, e.g. Posco.
Posco would not sell or buy the coal, so no royalty to pay.
They just would use the coal in their own blast furnaces.
With the new royalty, the Curragh mine is wothless for Coronado.
This jump in royalty is robbery.
