Because it hasn't been released as an ASX announcement (LINK), seems to have been released as a worldwide media news release (LINK). Not sure why, would have thought an ASX/US price sensitive announcement with a media release at the same time was the way to go. Anyway, I guess the people responsible know what they're doing.
Also, noted this in the news release:
"HEMGENIX is still currently under assessment by other regulatory agencies."
I'm assuming this means other countries, so more to come in the way of revenue.
