We will be fine. Every media article seems to be doom and gloom about construction, less immigration and housing.  CSR is fairly diversified however and my thoughts on the whole housing industry and banks going bust etc are we have been here and heard the same rhetoric over and over again.  

 People want new or renovated and are are dumb,  they don’t care how much they go in debt over it.  Banks are smarter to who they lend to and CSR have no risk just sell product.  I always think to myself when the olds disappear and the kids get inheritance do they want to move into there smelly grandmas house or do they want to buy new or redo a house.
