You may be right, since I see people such as Warren Buffett, Hamish Douglas, and Geoff Wilson, all holding large cash positions.

However, I query whether, at least as far as the Australian share market is concerned, if this is anything like 08/09. The ASX200 is still about 1000 points off what it reached pre GFC, yet the earnings of companies have grown and interest rates are significantly lower than they were in 2008. There seems to be quite a bit of pessimism already factored into the Market.

CSR is as cheap as it has been for years.
