    CTI Logistics (ASX:CLX) is preparing to provide details regarding a potential acquisition by the company.

    The ASX has granted the company a trading halt to prepare, with its shares placed in pre-open.

    The company had over $3.2 million in cash and cash equivalents at the end of 2014, with revenue for the year $65.1 million.

    The halt will last until the earlier of an announcement to be made on Friday 12th June 2015, or when an update is made to the market.
