Agreed Jimmityg. I also find the timing of this CR frustrating.

The timing means that as soon as the license lands all those who participated in the CR will offload their shares. Hence any increase in SP we could have expected after holding, and waiting for soo long will be suppressed and those participating in the CR (having held for a mere few weeks) getting exactly what they want - a quick 10-20%.

After holding out for soo long, waiting for this license and subsequent progress, it's disappointing that the sophisticated investors are those who are picking up the reward - at least in the short term.
