    July 16 (Reuters) - Central Petroleum Ltd (CTP) :

    • REACHED AGREEMENT WITH JV PARTNER SANTOS QNT ON FORWARD PLAN FOR PROSPECTIVE MULTI‐TCF DUKAS PROSPECT
    • JV WILL PROCEED WITH CO RETAINING 30% INTEREST IN EP112 WHICH CONTAINS DUKAS‐1 WELL
    • PRIOR TO 31 JULY 2021, SANTOS CAN ELECT THAT CO BE CARRIED FOR FIRST $3 MILLION OF WELL COSTS
    • AS PART OF DUKAS FORWARD PLAN, JV PARTIES AGREED THAT EQUITY IN EP112 WHICH CONTAINS DUKAS‐1 WELL IS 70% SANTOS/30% CENTRAL
    • DRILLING TARGETED TO COMMENCE 1H 2022 AT DUKAS PROSPECT
