    June 25 (Reuters) - Central Petroleum Ltd (CTP) :

    • IPL GAS SALES AGREEMENT AND QUEENSLAND ACREAGE FARMIN,IPL
    • EXECUTED GAS SALES AGREEMENT WITH INCITEC PIVOT
    • AGREEMENT FOR CO TO DELIVER AT LEAST 20 TJ/D OF GAS TO IPL ON EX-FIELD BASIS FROM PALM VALLEY AND MEREENIE FIELDS
    • CENTRAL WILL BE REOPENING ITS 100% OWNED PALM VALLEY FIELD
    • JOINT VENTURE ARRANGEMENT FOR ATP(A)2031 IN QUEENSLAND ALSO BEEN AGREED WITH IPL
    • UNDER JV ARRANGEMENTS, IPL WILL CONTRIBUTE UP TO $20 MILLION FOR APPRAISAL DRILLING COSTS DURING INITIAL EXPLORATION PERIOD
