Not sure, I wouldn't think it needed one. It's not like rig operations where any number of contractors know what's going on and confidentiality is often lost.
A resource estimate is either done in-house or dealing with a certifier like NSAI where only a handful of trustworthy people know the numbers. And the numbers are unlikely to be materially different from the recoverable gas estimates that the government put out when it released the block.
