    May 15 (Reuters) - Centuria Urban Reit (CUA)

    • Refers to scheme implementation agreement with centuria property funds ltd to acquire all of issued units in CUA
    • Independent expert was appointed and concluded that proposal is fair and reasonable in absence of a superior proposal
    • IBC unanimously recommend that cua unitholders vote in favour of proposal
