Not too high.
An ophan drug means that there are so few suffers that the drug needs government subsidy or it would never get developed in the first place. Governments look at the profits of the drug maker and resist paying too much.
Also "few" means there are so few sales.
But this will be fantastic for those "few" in the USA.
But with all this talk of about share price don't forget this is a wonderful company with a truly noble purpose.
Take pride in being a shareholder no matter the share price.
