    I would say they would raise at 21/22 and a free option to convert at 30/35

    Most small cap are doing that at the moment to sweeten the deal and secure more cash on the way up.

    How much cash do they have left ?

    What is the burn rate ?

    Strange time to do a raising when the SP is nearly back to the IPO price.
