- WILL ISSUE 234.8 MILLION NEW SHARES AT AN ISSUE PRICE OF A$0.30 PER SHARE
- FULLY UNDERWRITTEN INSTITUTION PLACEMENT TO RAISE APPROXIMATELY A$70 MILLION
- PROCEEDS FROM INSTITUTIONAL PLACEMENT WILL BE USED TO BRING DORADO LIQUIDS DEVELOPMENT TO FINAL INVESTMENT DECISION IN 2022
