• Deal is expected to be low single digit EPS accretive
• Current forecast for the full year EBITDA result in line with market

  consensu in the range of A$48.1 - A$52.9 million

• The acquisition will be funded through a fully underwritten, pro-rata,

  accelerated non-renounceable entitlement offer

• Have removed senior staff from operations in certain offshore markets as well

  as restructured back office functions
