May 30 (Reuters) - ClearView Wealth Ltd (CVW) :
- 1h FY 2016 with total operating npat1 of $13.9MLN, up 40% on 1h FY 2015
- Anticipate declaring a fully franked dividend of up to 2.5 cents per share for the year ended 30 June 2016
- Expected that the growth rates in underlying npat2 for FY will be broadly consistent with those achieved in 1h FY 2016 results and in range of 30%-35%.
- Board is aware that crescent would consider selling their shares in ClearView and are likely to entertain future control proposals"
- Fully underwritten pro-rata accelerated renounceable entitlement offer to raise approximately $50 million
