News: CWH CWH Resources says Luo removed charge over co's assets that ABC had in place

    April 20 (Reuters) - CWH Resources Ltd (CWH) :

    • Some of the fixed assets of chbm have been pledged for co's loans of RMB 9.5 million from Agricultural Bank of China
    • Loan was never pursued by ABC and thus, with deed of indemnity was transferred to Luo, company chairman
    • Luo has now been able to remove the charge over the company assets that ABC had in place
    • Assets of CHBM are now unencumbered
