    Feb 17 (Reuters) - Crown Resorts (CWN) is facing an inquiry by Western Australia's gambling watchdog over its Perth operations, it said on Wednesday, after a separate year-long inquiry found its flagship Sydney casino unfit to hold a gambling licence.

    Gaming and Wagering Commission of Western Australia said it will launch an independent inquiry after considering last week's report by the New South Wales state watchdog that found widespread money laundering and governance issues.
