    March 1 (Reuters) - Australia's Crown Resorts Ltd (CWN) said on Monday John Poynton had resigned as the chairman of Crown Perth and as a director of the company.

    Poynton's departure is the latest in a string of executive exits at the casino operator after an inquiry accused it of widespread money laundering and governance issues.
