    July 23 (Reuters) - Star Entertainment Group (SGR) has withdrawn its all-stock proposed takeover of Crown Resorts (CWN) valued at A$9 billion ($6.64 billion), it said on Friday, over worries Crown may lose its license to run its Melbourne casino. ($1 = 1.3548 Australian dollars)
