    • SCHEME OF ARRANGEMENT WITH BLACKSTONE - UPDATE
    • HAS BEEN INFORMED BY BLACKSTONE APPROVALS UNDER SCHEME IMPLEMENTATION DEED HAVE NOT YET BEEN OBTAINED BY BLACKSTONE
    • CROWN HAS DECIDED TO POSTPONE SCHEME MEETING UNTIL 20 MAY
    • CONTINUE TO UNANIMOUSLY RECOMMEND THAT CROWN SHAREHOLDERS VOTE IN FAVOUR OF THE SCHEME
