Jan 13 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 2100 GMT on Thursday:

** Nubank NU.N said it was not interested in bidding for Citigroup's C.N Citibanamex consumer banking business in Mexico, pouring cold water on analyst speculation the Brazilian online lender could consider such a purchase.

** Spanish billionaire and Zara founder Amancio Ortega has agreed to buy a landmark Canadian skyscraper for around 800 million euros ($916.88 million), according to his private office.

** Hyundai Heavy Industries' 267250.KS proposed takeover of rival Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering Co Ltd 042660.KS to create the world's biggest shipbuilder was hit with an EU veto on Thursday on concerns that the deal would hurt competition.

** The investor VBL plans to accept a takeover bid made by U.S.-based Advent International and Centerbridge Partners for Germany's Aareal Bank ARLG.DE , two people with knowledge of the matter said.

** China Cinda Asset Management 1359.HK said it plans to scrap an agreement to buy a 20% stake in the consumer finance arm of Ant Group, worth 6 billion yuan ($943.83 million).

** Brazilian chicken and pork processor BRF SA BRFS3.SA signed a memorandum of understanding with Saudi Arabia's sovereign fund to create a joint venture to make poultry products in the Middle Eastern country, it said.

** Energy drinks maker Monster Beverage Corp MNST.O said it had agreed to buy craft beer and hard seltzer maker CANarchy Craft Brewery Collective Llc for $330 million in cash, marking its entry into the alcoholic drinks market.

** Brazilian lender Itau Unibanco Holding SA ITUB4.SA said it had reached a deal to acquire digital broker Ideal, in its first move in the brokerage sector after divesting its stake in rival XP Inc XP.O .

** Japan's Hitachi Ltd 6501.T will sell about half its 51% stake in unit Hitachi Construction Machinery Co 6305.T to trading firm Itochu Corp 8001.T and investment fund Japan Industrial Partners, public broadcaster NHK reported.

** Australia's biggest casino operator, Crown Resorts Ltd (CWN) , said its board was likely to back an improved A$8.87 billion ($6.46 billion) buyout proposal from U.S. private equity firm Blackstone Inc BX.N unless a higher offer emerged.

** Colombia's Grupo Gilinski is to become the second-largest shareholder in Grupo SURA SIS.CN and Nutresa NCH.CN after securing 25.42% and 27.69% of each company's shares respectively, the Colombian Stock Exchange said in two separate statements on Wednesday.

** Major cryptocurrency exchange Coinbase COIN.O said it is buying a crypto futures exchange, FairX, as part of a move to offer crypto derivatives to traders in the United States.
