    May 20 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1330 GMT on Friday:

    ** British advertising group M&C Saatchi SAA.L has agreed to a takeover by consultancy Next Fifteen Communications NFC.L , which it said represented a better offer than one made by its biggest shareholder.

    ** Poland's Agora AGOP.WA expects Polish competition watchdog UOKiK to appeal a mid-May court verdict clearing the way for its takeover of Radio Zet owner Eurozet, management board member Anna Krynska-Godlewska said.

    ** Crown Resorts Ltd's (CWN) shareholders approved a $6.3 billion buyout by Blackstone Inc BX.N , but the deal faces further delays as it awaits nods from the regulators of states where the troubled casino operator ran its businesses.

    ** Zurich Insurance ZURN.S has agreed to sell its Russian business to members of the local team, it said , as the Swiss insurer became the latest Western firm to exit Russia.

    ** THG's shares THG.L surged 27% in early trading after the e-commerce company rejected a takeover proposal from two investment groups and saw buyout interest from property tycoon Nick Candy.

    ** Norway's $1.2 trillion sovereign wealth fund said it has agreed to buy a 50% stake in the Sony Center property in Berlin for 677 million euros ($715.8 million) from Oxford Properties and Madison International Realty.

    ** Australia's Woolworths Group (WOW) offered to buy an 80% stake in online retailer MyDeal.com (MYD) , as it looks to take on major internet retail giants operating in the country that includes Amazon.com AMZN.O .

    ** Shareholders of Carrefour Brasil CRFB3.SA approved on Thursday the acquisition of Grupo BIG Brasil SA, according to a securities filing.

    ** Exxon Mobil Corp XOM.N on Thursday said it signed a deal to sell North Texas natural gas properties to producer BKV Corp for $750 million, as part of a wider move to shed unwanted assets.
