Probably not a compelling reason and just my feeling / speculation:
- A wave of approvals of massive infrastructure / construction jobs to stimulate the economy have not really happened yet - CWY has the capital to propose many more waste to energy plants etc. in the near to long term
- As horrible as these allegations are, it will likely be fixed, blow over, or Vik will be sacked. All of those outcomes will have no long term impact on the SP
