The Big Dipper decline was steep and based entirely on the decision not to proceed to the next level. The most recent company announcement states green lights are back on so l am anticipating a Big Dipper steep rise. Evidently, there are no shares in the sell pipe under 9.9 cents. This is an aspirational stock with highly profitable metrics. The rare earth stuff is potentially mind-blowing.
