no, LTR have not received the $1.5mil payment yet.
in order for that payment to be triggered Cxo have to discover at least 5MT on ex-LTR Bynoe tenements. Right now it stands at 2.08MT plus a bit of BP33...so I would guess about 2.2MT total on ex-Lees tenements.
But with this upcoming drilling campaign I would think the 5MT threshold would be crossed this year, and payment to LTR made
