I think they were legal bound to negotiate and have an agreement by set date. They did negotiate but couldn’t come to an agreement, whose fault is th at? Who wasn’t moving on terms/price? Hard to win an argument here when our production numbers are half so we don’t have to spod to give them and we don’t have room to move on price, what do they want half price from
less stock? Clowns, possibly designed to get retail out so they could start a hostile takeover? This is just part of continuing negotiations IMO.
