I'm not so sure it's Greywolf @351gt... I think they must've ended up voting yes based on the total votes registered for and against. Probably their public "no stance" was posturing to hope for a better offer which didnt come.
There was a lot of buying of SGI shares in the final 3 days which I would think were traders looking to arb the circa 35% differential in SGI/CYL share prices given the deal had gone through but SGI trading hadn't stopped. Could also be these people now selling out of their newly acquired CYL shares at a profit.
Whatever happens short term on share price, I believe once we start seeing the impact of the consolidation that we'll rerate quickly.
