It will be $800k plus costs, plus interest I’d imagine. So it will add up to a lot more than just paying back the initial debt they inherited. Stupid and poor management to let it go to Supreme Court and very arrogant, it’s what the previous VAN management did and lost, plus was personally discredited by the judge. Sounds like CYL now acting how VAN and Superior used to deal with each other, and got nowhere except to court.
