Just adding some background to it all:
Prior to VAN T/O CYL had approx 98m shares on issue;
Post VAN T/O & recently completed $21m capital raising at $1 per share CYL has now approx 174m shares on issue; and
Post SGI T/O CYL will have approx 219m shares on issue
The T/O of VAN & SGI has been made possible by the very tight/conservative capital structure of CYL
You could say that the CYL shareholders have subsidized the whole combination.
