Agreed, I bought my first parcel here today. Not much volume but looking to add a lot more over the coming month especially if the share price falls. A master stroke securing the FMG Tenement by the team. With the backing of Mark Creasy you know we are in for a good ride. It is only a matter of time before RIO comes knocking at the door, all we need to do is continue proving up our resource.
The reason why this investment is attractive to me is because it is what I consider to be a strategic bolt on acquisition for a major. Essentially, all the capex has already been spent from their existing mining operations so they are merely buying the deposit (They will want the extra tonnage to either expand or extend the life of their existing mine). They also are willing to pay a bit more as there is no upfront capex hurdle. All people need to do is be patient on this one and let this play out. Cheers, CP.
