It's been manipulated due to no interest. Before it was the approval, now it's FE price. Also the settlement is in May which is still few months away. On the top there is no commentary on dividend. I don't see FIRB as an issue. It's not like critical metal to be safeguarded.
Only improvement in SH will be a counter offer before May. May should come with dividend unless they have better plans of using the cash.
