Basically says that the guys that loaned them money get everything... and we as shareholders get nothing.
Based from previous situations like this... they will Sell the Patents extremely cheap to a new company they own. (sure they will do a bidding process, advertised in some newspaper that no one ever reads, and so they are the only bidders anyway).
Then they will redo it all again, likely listing on the new Israel stock exchange
