    Dec 19 (Reuters) - Discovery Africa Ltd (DAF) :

    • "nichol and van den bergh subsequently lodged appeals against summary judgement"
    • "nichol's appeal of summary judgement was granted and accordingly this matter has been referred to trial"
    • Company intends to immediately enforce judgment against van den bergh
    • Van den bergh's appeal was dismissed
    • On dec 15, court of australia handed down its decisions in respect to appeals lodged by kevin nichol and van den bergh
