So happy I got into this stock quite awhile ago...the dividend stream is impressive especially as its quarterly and the future should see further increases in the SP. I like it both ways. I would however like to see a reduction in debt not that its of any concern.
If the SP does dip then I will be tempted to increase my holding even though its nearly 10% of my portfolio already (second largest holding)
So happy I got into this stock quite awhile ago...the dividend...
