    • WINS A$98 MILLION CONTRACT AWARD
    • AWARDED SECOND PHASE OF ALBANY RING ROAD PROJECT BY MAIN ROADS WESTERN AUSTRALIA
    • REVISED ITS DEBT ARRANGEMENTS WITH PURE ASSET MANAGEMENT AND FRANCO GROUP-CONTROLLED HORLEY PTY
    • REVISION TO DEBT ARRANGEMENTS TO REDUCE COUPON RATE AND EXTEND LOAN MATURITY
    • MODIFIED DEBT FACILITY WILL REDUCE COUPON RATE FROM 11.0% TO 10.0% & TERMS OF LOANS HAVE BEEN EXTENDED BY SIX MONTHS TO JULY 2025
