Yes, GMD have a cpl of thier people on our board, but just because they are the majority SH they cannot simply delist until a vote is put to ALL SH's and then GMD use thier voting power IMO.
Any move by the board of DCN to delist from the exchange prior to that must clearly not be acting in the interest of all SH's
