Hi, Have a look at a document called ASX Listing Rules" there is info on delisting. Delisting is not necessarily a negative. Amongst the reasons for delisting is where the ASX share price significantly undervalues the company. The board may consider it to be in the best interests of shareholders, (particularly those with large holdings keen to move on), to request to delist with the intention to buy back your shares at a negotiated price closer to the real value of the assets.
