When the time comes KIN could increase acquisition in DCN to a blocking stake from the GMD ..........maybe KIN script for DCN script thus forcing GMD's hand to somehow include KIN in order to acquire DCN. This may explain why GMD have been sounding out where SBM stand with KIN. This type of manouvre would be in Delphi's interests (KIN's biggest SH) as a gold investment group to be a part of such consolidation discussions and while this is going on KIN are drilling the deeps related to the "broccoli" offshoots which if it were to come good would certainly throw fuel to the fire .
My own naval gazing only trying to make sense of the move . Could be right /could be wrong ?
