Interesting... ! KIN is perhaps GENESIS' Trojan horse to allow it to improve its position, while making shareholders reluctant to be shorn believe that they are getting a better deal while not selling their shares to GMD.
It would be Machiavellian, but not surprising if we refer to what preceded GMD's takeover on DCN, with this strange and sudden drop from 32 to 10 cts... :-( !
