Wonder what Mr Kellas is going to do now. No Board support it seems so no deal, he better keep his cheque book open and grab a few more shares or, he may just unload and get out while the going is good. Can't see the new buy out of $3.1M being any good for shareholders but has eons more value than the Kellas deal if any value at all.
