    June 22 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1000 GMT on Tuesday:

    ** Private equity firms Carlyle Group CG.O and Bain Capital, as well as auto suppliers Valeo VLOF.PA and Mahle were among those that entered non-binding bids to buy a stake in South Korea's Hanon Systems 018880.KS worth 6.6 trillion won ($5.81 billion) as of Tuesday, South Korean media reported.

    ** The founder of DAMAC Properties DAMAC.DU has postponed efforts to take the firm private after the securities regulator of the United Arab Emirates launched a review of the transaction, the company said.

    ** Italy's top insurer Generali GASI.MI has agreed to buy Axa's AXAF.PA insurance assets in Malaysia and take full ownership of a joint-venture it runs in the country to strengthen its local presence.

    ** MONETA Money Bank MONET.PR shareholders will vote on a $1.2 billion deal to buy the Czech lending assets of its biggest shareholder PPF and create a major challenger to the country's biggest banks.

    ** Building materials distributor Grafton Group Plc GFTU_u.L will buy personal protective equipment maker IKH in Finland for 200 million euros ($237.90 million), Grafton said.

    ** Naver Corp 035420.KS , operator of South Korea's dominant search portal, said it decided not to participate in the acquisition of eBay's South Korean business.

    ** Australia's Washington H Soul Pattinson and Co Ltd (SOL) said it will buy Milton Corp (MLT) to create a near A$11 billion ($8.29 billion) investment firm to broaden its exposure to other asset classes, including global equities.

    ** Britain's Melrose Industries MRON.L laid out plans to return about 730 million pounds ($1.01 billion) in cash to its shareholders after the company sold its Nortek Air Management business, sending its shares 3% higher.

    ** Brazil's lower house of Congress approved a bill allowing the privatization of state-controlled energy company Eletrobras ELET6.SA , sending the measure to President Jair Bolsonaro for his signature.
