    Oct 11 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 2000 GMT on Monday:

    ** U.S. investment firm Invesco publicly lashed out at Indian TV giant Zee ZEE.NS and objected to some terms of its proposed merger with Japan's Sony Group, asking shareholders of the Indian firm to support a bid to revamp its management.

    ** Abu Dhabi conglomerate International Holding Company (IHC) IHC.AD has agreed to acquire 51% of Bin Suhail Group through a subsidiary to form a beauty industry joint venture, it said.

    ** Pacira BioSciences PCRX.O would acquire Flexion Therapeutics Inc FLXN.O for about $427.5 million, the companies said, to bolster its portfolio of non-opioid pain drugs.

    ** Shares in Brazilian healthcare company Kora Saude KRSA3.SA rose sharply after the announcement it has reached a deal to acquire an 80% stake in its rival Grupo OTO.

    ** Supernus Pharmaceuticals Inc SUPN.O said it would acquire drugmaker Adamas Pharmaceuticals Inc ADMS.O for about $400 million, as it looks to expand its portfolio of treatments for Parkinson's disease and limit reliance on its top-seller epilepsy drug.

    ** Emerson Electric Co EMR.N said it would merge its software units with smaller rival Aspen Technology AZPN.O in a deal for about $11 billion, boosting its industrial automation business that caters to a swathe of sectors ranging from utility and mining to chemicals and automotive.

    ** The Dutch owner of bike brands including Gazelle, Santa Cruz and Urban Arrow said it has agreed to buy brands including Cannondale, Schwinn and Mongoose from owner Dorel Industries Inc. DIIb.TO for $810 million, creating one of the largest bike makers globally with $2.5 billion in estimated annual sales.

    ** Swedish private equity fund EQT EQTAB.ST said it would sell Spanish telecom provider Adamo to France's Ardian Infrastructure, with two sources in the sector saying the deal's enterprise value was over 1 billion euros ($1.16 billion).

    ** Demetra Holding, a grains trader controlled by Russian state lender VTB VTBR.MM , has taken over the Oktyabrsky Elevator grain silo in the southern Volgograd province, Demetra said in a statement.

    ** Russian forestry group Segezha SGZH.MM has agreed to buy the Inter Forest company from Bonum Capital investment company for $515 million in a deal that would increase Bonum's stake in Segezha, Bonum said.

    ** Eurobank EURBr.AT , one of Greece's four largest lenders, signed a deal with credit servicer doValue DOVA.MI to sell a portion of mezzanine and junior notes of a 5.2 billion euro ($6 billion) non-performing loan portfolio securitisation, it said.

    ** Italian high-tech group SECO IOT.MI said it had entered a binding agreement to buy German Internet of Things (IoT) solutions producer Garz & Fricke for 180 million euros ($208 million).

    ** Japan's biggest refiner, Eneos Holdings Inc 5020.T , said it would buy Japan Renewable Energy for about 200 billion yen ($1.8 billion) to expand its low-carbon business, joining a list of major global corporate players moving away from climate-changing fossil fuels.

    ** New Zealand fuel supplier Z Energy (ZEL) said that it had recommended its shareholders to vote in favor of Ampol Ltd's (ALD) NZ$1.97 billion takeover bid.
